In case of requirement modifications, delivery date computation is based on the date we receive final project details. For every order the estimated delivery date will be indicated on our invoice.
It is our aim to keep your costs down. We will ship your order with a comprehensive Functional Design Specification (FDS), data sheets for included peripherals, and installation & wiring instructions. However, should you require installation, setup and commissioning, we will come to your site to install your module, connect your equipment and commission the system.
We keep our costs down and pass the savings on to our customers. Our customers have a free hand in choosing their equipment and using their in-house electricians and maintenance team to work on their setup/installation. We supply the modules with comprehensive documentation making it easy to install, wire and connect the units to our customer's process line. However, should you require assistance with installation and commissioning, we will attend your site for a minimal fee.
Our control modules come with a six-month hardware warranty. Software revisions (code re-programming) arising out of missed procedural steps, i.e., steps and/or timing requirements which have not been communicated to us at the time of ordering incur a small reprogramming charge/fee. Damage to control units due to improper wiring connections and handling voids our warranty.
